	Booking 1. Choose a contact person for your group. All normal contact between Cadenza Holidays Limited and groups will be with the contact person. Final joining instructions will be sent to all participants for whom we have details. Fees are to be paid by the contact person on behalf of the entire group. 2. Optionally email us (info@cadenzaholidays.co.uk) or phone (07710 536 860) to confirm availability if you are uncertain about places or other details. 3. The contact person should fill in the booking form and post with an appropriate cheque to:     Cadenza Holidays Limited     174 Windmill Road     Ealing     London W5 4BT Unfortunately, Cadenza cannot accept payment by credit or debit card at this time. Payment 4. If you are booking less than 6 weeks before course start then the full fee is required. If you are booking more than 6 weeks before the course start you can make a 50% deposit to reserve places, the remainder is due within 4 weeks of course start. Notification 5. The contact person will receive confirmation by email of any payment made with course details. 6. Two to three weeks before the course starts, all participants for which Cadenza has names and addresses will receive final joining instructions. 7.
