Finger food
- Finger food is more substantial than canapes, and a dozen or so dishes will constitute a meal.
Alternatively you may choose to have four or five items of finger food as exciting alternative to a traditional starter.
You'll typically want to choose some items yourself, and perhaps give us some guidelines for completing a good selection.
Here are some ideas to get you started - let us know if you fancy something different!
You may want to have dessert finger-food, or it may work to have more of a buffet style for desserts.
Cold

(V) Cashew nuts, freshly roasted with salt and a dusting of cayenne
(V) Griddled aubergine slices rolled with grilled peppers and sun-dried tomatoes
(V) Marinated Feta cheese with olives on skewers
